Paul Parker
Head of Corporate Finance
Paul Parker is a founder of Parker Pineda & Associates and Paul heads up the Corporate Finance practice. Paul has over fifteen years’ experience in finance transactions. Paul originally worked in London at City firm Ashursts before moving to Maples and Calder in the Cayman Islands.
Paul has a diverse legal background and advises clients on investment funds, structured finance matters, general finance matters, listings and has recently been involved in a number of bespoke transactions in the Fintech industry.
In addition to being a Certified Bitcoin Professional pursuant to the Crypto Currency Certification Consortium (certificate ID c60847), Paul has completed the online London School of Economics certificate in Cryptocurrency and Disruption (November 2018).
