Traditional financial services are being impacted by technological advances changing how organizations interact with their clients and customers. Existing industry participants and new entrants are being forced to invest in disruptive, unproven and un-costed technologies and to adapt their organizational infrastructure accordingly or risk losing business to their more technologically sophisticated market competitors.
Our fintech practice provides pragmatic, transactional Cayman Islands legal advice to those within the fintech industry, including: cryptocurrency investment funds; offshore initial coin offerings and initial token offerings; cryptocurrency and digital currency matters; blockchain and distributed ledger technology issues; fintech applications and global wallets; anti-money laundering and compliance issues and exchanges and trading systems.
As a certified bitcoin professional and holder of the online London School of Economics certificate in Cryptocurrency and Disruption Paul is able to advise on all aspects of blockchain and cryptocurrency.
