M. Paul Keeble, B.A. LL.B.

Admitted in Ontario in 1985 (non-practicing), the Turks and Caicos Islands in 1993 (non-practicing), and the Cayman Islands in 2007, Paul has over 25 years experience specializing in civil litigation including 15 years experience in the British Caribbean.  Paul’s background includes particular emphasis on insolvency matters, shareholder disputes, injunctive remedies, construction litigation, insurance based litigation, medical malpractice, and personal injury work.

1983-Admitted as Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales (presently non-practicing)
1987-Admitted as Attorney-at-Law of the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands
1991-Called as Barrister to the Bar of England and Wales, Middle Temple (presently non-practicing)
Having practiced litigation in the Cayman Islands since 1987, and as one of the founding partners of Quin & Hampson (est. 1992), Graham is a well known and respected figure in the litigation community in Cayman.

Graham’s extensive litigation experience includes appearances at trial and appellate levels within the Cayman Islands’ judicial system, and before almost every administrative tribunal and board.  Graham has many significant reported decisions to his credit.(Click here to view)
